Deployment and DevOps

[] Set up a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions for:
Automated testing on each push.
Building and deploying the project.
Create Docker Compose configurations for local development and testing.
Integrate Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring.
Set up alerting for critical issues (e.g., queue length, node failures).
