Expected Behavior

When adding an account from settings/password. passkeys & accounts the account to be signed in and added to the device

Current Behavior

Tapping + Add Account brings up the list of account types, tapping Microsoft Account just closes the list, nothing else happens.

Possible Solution

Login through Edge browser. But that does not add the account to the device either.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Flash build
  2. Set up device
  3. open settings/password. passkeys & accounts
  4. Tap on "+ Add Account"

This also impacts almost all other account types I tried so far

This one is a bit hard, I'm trying to replicate with logs and it does occur, but I can't see any response/error in logs.

Maybe it is a general GSI issue and not relative to Duo2. I have not had a chance to check that with another device running a Treble GSI.

This issue is stale because it has been open for 30 days with no activity.

I have been trying to debug this. It seems that the app is failing to get the right security information from the lower level API. I need to do some more testing to dig deeper.
