Expected Behavior

SIM settings to be aligned with the A12 based settings

Current Behavior

Missing or wrong for T-Mobile US

1. without a physical SIM card the SIMs menu is grayed out.
2. With a physical SIM card inserted there is no eSIM option
3. No Roaming Settings for Cellular Data

1. Open Settings/Network&Internet/SIMs/T-Mobile
   NOTE the missing settings.

There is only a Mobile Data Toggle under SIMs that has no sub menu.
