The redesign of the user interface we did for 2.0 ended up eliminating the display of several fields of ticket information. This information is never displayed, and probably needs to be added back into the user interface, somehow.

In this issue, I'll try to collect all the pieces of information we lost in the display

  • lat/long coordinates
  • contact method
  • desired response method
  • api_key of client
