Vacuum should be able to clean up data from JetBrains IDEs:

check ~/.<IDE><Version>
check %APPDATA%/JetBrains/*
check %LOCALAPPDATA%/JetBrains/*
show statistics about these directories
check with Toolbox (which versions are installed)
suggest to move outdated ones to the temporary folder (to be subject to the default cleanup policy then)
