Original table source

Can you provide links to the source of the tables in the original SEC filings? For example, the table with id "tab-0" in your dataset comes from some particular filing on the SEC site. Can you link to the filing and the location of the table (e.g. by character offset offset start of table in source .htm) in the filing? The resulting data file would have key-value pairs like this:
{"tab-0": https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/4515/000000451513000011/aaearningsrelease8k.htm:39809",
"tab-1: ...}
(the URL and character number I have provided as a sample are not correct for this table).

There are at least two reasons for providing this:

1. Give researchers a way to test algorithms for extracting hierarchical structure programmatically from the source htm of the table.
2. Allow extraction of the context, which would permit people to extend the QA task to include questions that require looking at the context for the answers, as in HybridQA.
