I tried using Jam Tracks and get failed and also bass, lead, vocals and drums are not visible

As mentioned in the README, there is partial Jam Track playback support in the lobby for versions v28.00 to v30.00. Currently, there is no support for Jam Track playback for later versions or the Jam Track-related features you mentioned. While there are no immediate plans to introduce this support, it remains a possibility for the future. I'll leave this issue open for now.
