Current raw entry format:
YYYY-VV-u/YYYY-mm-dd [\d]{\d\d:\d\d}[HHmm HHmm mm][Note text]

Suggested new format
YYYY-VV-u;YYYY-mm-dd;\d;\d\d:\d\d;HHmm;HHmm;mm;Note text;
