Permit csv file generation based on states of statements

When we are developing new coverage maps of statements, it is helpful to be able to select statements for csv export based on their state. Right now, we only permit csv generation based "NPO Approved" state. Upon export, all "NPO Approved" statements are moved to the "exported" state.

Can we have a function to be able to select statements to be written to a csv by selecting states by checkbox?

Alternatively, if this development is too costly, can we have a checkbox to select to re-export all statements in the "exported" state as well as the "NPO approved" state
