• whitelist all the lists ids
• or filtd by lists created by plugrel.near
• check those lists (or manuallt have the name) to show lists with similar names in nominee lists
• allow to filter based on lists name
• similar lsits

If we really want to push this out asap, we do not need this, we're using a voting contract already built and alot will have to change to do it this way, since we're organizing, and vetting the nominees, and registering them, once that is done i have a script that would create the election based on the categories/List and the nominees, there's no need for whitelisting or filtering by creator.
