Component Selector localization #54

While translating, I've come across these:

        "ComponentSelector.CreateCustomType" : "Create Custom Type",
        "ComponentSelector.CommonGenericTypes" : "Common Generic Types",
        "ComponentSelector.CustomGenericArguments" : "Custom Generic Arguments:",

Looks like the component selector only uses the third one twice, and the first two are not used.

Could someone clarify where the first two lines are used and why the selector uses the same line twice?
