Installation instructions do not give specific versions for:
pandas
pytorch-gpu
torchvision

These should be specified as tested and known to be working.

I second. It appears that authors used these versions (https://github.com/ZauggGroup/DeePiCt/blob/main/2d_cnn/envs/keras-env.yaml).
