For Windows, you can use WSL on Windows system. Specifically, you can download Ubuntu 20.04 app from the Microsoft Store, and then install everything on this app by following the Ubuntu installation guidelines.

Note that there are some options that need to be turned on for using WSL on Windows, which you can google it when installing WSL. Also, you need to install CUDA with the CUDA-WSL version rather than the Ubuntu version for compiling some packages.
