Floating "Suggest a change" button obstructs Table of Contents

The "Suggest a change on this page" button overlaps with the Table of Contents (TOC), making some navigation links difficult to access. This issue affects usability, especially on smaller screens or when scrolling.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the affected documentation page. For example, Google Cloud BigQuery operators.
2. Observe that the floating button at the bottom right overlaps with the TOC.

Expected Behavior:
The button should not obstruct navigation elements. Possible solutions:

• Move the button to a less intrusive position.
• Allow users to dismiss or collapse it.
• Reduce the button’s size or opacity when near interactive elements.
