Describe the bug

Description:

The collapsible navbar does not support scrolling, causing some menu items to be hidden when the screen height is small. This issue is particularly noticeable on mobile devices or when the number of navigation links exceeds the viewport height.

Expected behavior

Expected Behavior:

The collapsible navbar should allow scrolling when its height exceeds the viewport, ensuring all menu items remain accessible.
