This came up due to a bug in the battor_agent while I was developing a prototype of a new fix. But it happened that the OnBytesSent() was getting called a lot because I was sending something repeated StopTracing messages (I think).

For some reason the BattOr gets stuck in the RED LED (download mode), and must be power cycled before it will respond.
