Tapping a zone on the map takes the User to the Zone Profile Infographics & Stats

Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Onboarding process to grant GPS access + subscribe to a Fire Centre ?
[ ] If you havent selected a Fire Centre, what loads in the profile when you tap the map?
[ ] How do I switch Fire Centre?
[ ] Which buttons are active vs Not?
[ ] What about the person who wants to look for the whole Province?
