hey all.
Just wanted to know what is the input file for the binning module? Does it takes the contigs.fa or scaffolds.fa from the metaspades assembly.

I think it can take either or as long as it is in fasta or fastq format

I meant, Metaspades generate contigs.fa and scaffolds.fa files. What is the input in the binning module?
