Cannot be build with the UEK kernel [dattobd 0.12.0]

Please fix it.

I tested version 0.11.2.
The build is successful.
Also the snapshot can be taken successfully.

make.log

This version builds successfully with kernels to 5.15 from 5.10.
It seems that code added after that is causing various problems with these kernels.
