Description of the Issue

The game will boot, play the initial 2 videos, and then load a black screen with green outline

Debugging Steps Tested

• multiple file formats ie. cdi chd
• both the US and the EU versions

changed cable from VGA to TV composite. game is currently working

This game supposedly supports VGA mode but it looks like it's not working on real hardware either.
