Lesson and Course link is not showing up while adding a QUIZ

Describe the bug

In LMS QUIZ DOCTYPE, option to select the lesson and course is provided but its not coming up when i am trying to add a new QUIZ. I tried to use the customize form option for LMS QUIZ doc type and both the options are already there but while adding the quiz, i am not able to see those options and if i try to save the quiz its throwing error.

@pateljannat I would greatly appreciate any assistance. I'm currently stuck on this part of the flow.

@Aman1701 this was fixed with #1410. Now when you add a quiz to a lesson from the frontend, lesson information would be stored in the quiz.
