Thanks. I am working with the bracs dataset and the stats show an average of about 3000 patches per WSI. I would also like to know your number of patches and detailed segmentation parameter settings so that i can reproduce your experiment correctly.

The average number is also around 3000 in our implementation (where we use the default preprocessing in 20x magnification
with 224 patch-size via CLAM).
