Replying with unresolved comment creates new comment thread #117

How to reproduce:

navigate to any change, find existing unresolved comments thread
tap on bent-to-left-arrow icon to add reply, enter some text, tap Resolved trigger to make comment unresolved and tap "Save", draft comment is saved
with or without posting draft comment navigate to change and comment via web browser, open Comments tab

What do you see:

new thread comment is created, original thread is not modified

Expected behaviour:

created unresolved (draft) comment must be added to existing comment thread and this thread is unresolved.

I'm using Gerrit 3.2.0.
