The iOS design for the saved posts looks much better imo.

In the conversationOverview, there is just a single entry "Saved Posts", and instead of the subsections for inProgress, completed and archived being in the conversationOverview, they are implemented as filter chips. See screenshots in ls1intum/artemis-ios#304
