I would be nice to support using negative indexes directly in inner specs, such as

hline{1,-2} = {1pt},
row{3-{-2}} = {dashed},
cell{{1}{1}-{-1}{-1}} = {blue7}

See #509 and #381. Need to consider first whether there are some problems with them.
