Implicit control and clipboard

Hello there! Thank you for the v3 version. Have a question about NEKO_SESSION_IMPLICIT_HOSTING, so I really like this option because I use n.eko on multiple desktops. But clipboard does not work when IMPLICIT_CONTROL is True. How to make it work?

Tested with demodesk client, works there. So this is an issue of v2 client / legacy driver.

There is missing control/request when moving cursor on implicit hosting. Before the clipboard content was just sent to everyone connected (only if using IMPLICIT_CONTROL), but that has been changed because of security perespective. So the v2 client must be changed to accmodate.
