Let "R" work on list selection with more than 1 note.

Problem to be solved

Pressing "R" only works with single note list-selection.

Here is a musical example where this function could be useful.

• select notes across multiple instruments
• change notes to desired duration by pressing a number.
• press "R" to repeat notes.

Actually it would make sense for this behaviour to also include basic copy+paste (which currently doesn't work when a list selection is made).

@cbjeukendrup has been working on improvements in this area, which will continue to come gradually over time.
