As an "ACDSee clone" I find phototonic to be exactly for what I'm looking for in an image viewer, with a few special nuances.
One of the things I've noticed that feels wrong is that PgUp/PgDown. In image mode, PgUp/PgDown function as I expect, moving to the next and previous images. This is good; it leaves the arrow keys free to scroll around in large images.
But in browser mode, since the arrow keys move to next/prev items and up/down a row, I would expect the Pg keys to scroll the entire image browser, for easily navigating large folders. Right now, they simply duplicate the functionality of the left and right arrow keys.
