Unable to access rapidoc 9.3.8 on unpkg

We are using a script to generate api documentation via rapidoc.
This has been working for quite some time now, but recently whenever we try to access it, we are met with an Internal Server Error

Specifically with regards to https://unpkg.com/rapidoc@9.3.8/dist/rapidoc-min.js.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? We are running into it from multiple setups + locations.

I think unpkg is having some problems, may be related: unpkg/unpkg#412

I was able to use https://unpkg.com/rapidoc@9.3.7/dist/rapidoc-min.js which works. Annoying though, since https://unpkg.com/rapidoc/dist/rapidoc-min.js redirects to the latest version (9.3.8).
