[feature] Update network selections after sdk initialization

What problem does this new feature solve?

In my react app, I want to grant different network access to different user groups.

e.g :

groupA: [mainnet, optimism, polygon]

groupB: [mainnet, arbitrum]

which means, for groupA user, when he/she opens the network selection modal, only [mainnet, optimism, polygon] can be selected.

and for groupB user, when he/she opens the network selection modal, only [mainnet, arbitrum] can be selected.

Is there any solutions to solve this case?

There is a option allow user to update the networks props for the sdk
