Hi,
Are you able to reproduce the issue at the teaching table ? If yes, I need
to know how. Otherwise I am unable to debug the issue.
If it happens occasionally, please provide as much information as possible.
Screenshots are always helpful.
Anyway I should have access to the data you use with BBOalert.

Honestly, I don’t know if somewhere I just copy-and-pasted something.
Okay, so when I say occasionally I mean I don’t know what bids trigger it. 1D open definitely does but I’m pretty certain it happened on a different bid as well. IIRC it was a Michaels cue.
I have attached a recording. As you can see, I have a lot of files. The file I send to BBOalert is https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_OBN6bHL723TdxA47_25oCYIoFILIiolaAanW_Ubtr4/edit?tab=t.0
I appreciate this so much! BBOalert has been a huge help to me as I am a slow typist and under pressure I am unreliable as well.

The BBOalert tab appears to show it has loaded my docs. I do get my custom opponent change text but at times rather than any of my alerts it flashes up that it has delivered an unconfirmed auto-alert (notably for 1D) thus necessitating me to apologize to opponents and asking them to ignore. I guess the 1D alert, specifically, has been correct but the messages are fleeting so I'm never sure in real time.
