incorrect SD for converting unstandardized b to d

I noticed in the esc package that the formula for converting unstandardized b to d is incorrect as it utilizes the total sample variance/SD
rather than the pooled SD. I see the on-line calculator has the same error, but that the source document from Wilson is correct:
