Description

Currently we are working on implementing the VCU GUI to modify the configuration file config.c of the VCU using a graphical interface, rather than manually editing it directly on the VCU.

Find a way to "flash" configs through the laptop like you flash the VCU code. But instead it just changes the config.c file. Assume for now its going to be in the xml file format.
