Describe the bug

A Monaco initialization error occurs when I try to load a Monaco editor. The editor is always in loading state, and the console gives fewer error messages. And I found that this problem is sometimes not normal, sometimes it can be displayed normally, and sometimes Monaco initialization error occurs. How can I deal with this problem?

To Reproduce

I'm using version 4.4.6 of the monaco editor. An initialization failure error occurred when I tried to load the monaco editor. However, this phenomenon is not guaranteed. So, this is a little difficult for me to deal with.
