ESPNN first release

The ESPNN is a python-based deep neural network that allows the user to predict the electronic stopping power cross-section for any ion and target combination for a wide range of incident energies. In this first release, we have only considered training data with mono-atomic targets, i.e., targets with one atomic species. Moreover, the deep neural network was trained with many tens of thousands of curated data points from the 2020 version of the IAEA database.
