Update README system tag.md

The @System tags looks like this on forum so why not on Github?

@importstring I wouldnt recommend adding this because (as of my current knowledge) it tags a user thats on github. And there is a github user, i think, that has system as their username. Besides, i think it was done by purpose. (as to not mention random users).
I may be wrong but this is from what i understand :)
(also good to see you being active on Github! i got suspended from the forums at dec 11 and its for a month. Reason? well its pretty stupid. I posted ‘offensive’ memes (photoshopped images of China’s flag to the nazi flag and china’s dictator as Hitler. ). I mean it wasnt that bad and they could have just taken it down. I was regular when i got suspended so i cant go on the forums for a month (till jan 11 2025). I will be active on Github. If you want, email me at mrcoderpeme@gmail.com.
