This approach proposes using screenshots of the edismart app to capture and record plug readings in real time.

Prerequisites

Bluestacks

Tesseract Open Source OCR Engine

PIL Library

Pyautogui package

Edismart app

Python

Steps

1. Install Bluestacks and then download the edismart app.

2. Install all the packages mentioned above.

3. Download the code and make changes to directories in the code corresponding to your file system.

4. Run the app in fullscreen mode.

5. Then run the code to begin capturing the data.
