Alpine shared library

To include in project with requirements.txt use:

git+ssh://git@github.com/nbcnews/alpinelib@{version tag}#egg=alpinelib

with {version tag} of the release label that you want to use.

If there is a change to the library, be sure to update the PKG-INFO version, and add a new version tag.
