A multi step form with validation, in each step after clicking the next button, it will save the data in SQL database and Google Sheet also. Before clicking the register button in 3rd step you can change your input and click next button again, it will automatically update your data in database and also in the Sheet.

Multi-Step Form

Project Overview

File Structure

  • database.php: Script for database connection and operations.
  • index.php: The main file containing the multi-step form.
  • saveData.php, saveDatatwo.php: Scripts for processing and storing data from the form.
