High Energy Physics Institute, Chinese Academy of Science   License Agreement

This software is licensed, not sold. By using this software, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **License Grant**: High Energy Physics Institute, Chinese Academy of Science grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use this software solely for personal use.

2. **Restrictions**: You may not:
   - Reproduce the software except as necessary for its intended use.
   - Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on this software without prior written permission from the High Energy Physics Institute, Chinese Academy of Science.
   - Use the software for commercial purposes without obtaining a commercial license from the High Energy Physics Institute, Chinese Academy of Science.

3. **Ownership**: All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of High Energy Physics Institute, Chinese Academy of Science.

6. **Termination**: This license is effective until terminated. High Energy Physics Institute, Chinese Academy of Science may terminate this license at any time without notice if you breach any terms of this agreement.

7. **Governing Law**: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

By using this software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
